Who is your culinary inspiration?There are a few for me. My Grammy, Chef Mike Gassaway, Chef Melis Spencer and Chef Shaun Rients.
What would you do with the $25,000?If I win the $25,000 prize, I would open a bakery style, food truck and smash truck, and also .pay towards my daughter's college education.
