Receive Text UpdatesI recently prepared a seared scallop dish with charred cabbage, sunchoke, rye breadcrumbs & dill-golden raisin-black truffle pistu. Pretty proud of that one ☝️ but I’ve got more of a signature style than any one dish can portray.
Who is your culinary inspiration?Mother Nature. I find her fascinating and am very grateful for the amazing gifts she grants us to play with. Food, natural shapes, textures, colors, flavors & tastes inspire me to create dishes that highlight the seasonal bounty she provides. Nature is so cool.
What would you do with the $25,000?Invest in myself and create my own juice line. I’ve wanted to get it off the ground and build into reality for years but lacked the financial backing and time needed to develop the brand while working full time in restaurants. This would provide me with a little flexibility to get rolling.
