My boys would say my meatloaf and meatballs are my signature dishes! Comfort food at its’ finest! I love me a good grilled chicken or shrimp and a side of quinoa salad. Basically, I love all food!
Who is your culinary inspiration?Oh man. I love everything about chefs and cooking shows in general. I of course love Carla Hall. I was a huge fan of The Chew (I even have the cookbook and have made several of Carla’s recipes!) I adore Antonia Lafaso, Gordon Ramsay (I was one step away from getting on his Master Chef show!) Alex Guaranschelli, man the list could go on and on. I’m enamored by the culinary talent that’s out there.
What would you do with the $25,000?I’m hoping (fingers crossed) to buy a property that I’ve been hoping to purchase to renovate and make into a bed and breakfast in Texas!
