Who is your culinary inspiration?Emeril Lagasse sparked my love for cooking. Gordon Ramsay’s drive and Graham Elliot’s creativity keep pushing me forward. But what inspires me is the people I cook for. Seeing someone light up after trying something creative or comforting is what keeps me pushing forward.
What would you do with the $25,000?I’d invest in Flavor Foundry: chef-inspired mixes, with the long-term dream of launching my food truck.
