Who is your culinary inspiration?When I was working in Pennsylvania I would read during breaks. My favorite book was Entertaining in the French style by Roger Verge. Roger Verge inspired me to use my love of food in my cooking.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would do something nice for my family first. Then put the rest towards a restaurant
