Who is your culinary inspiration?My nephew. He has been an executive chef at nice country clubs but had to deal with health issues and now is at a premier club in Dayton Ohio
What would you do with the $25,000?I would invest in myself, taking culinary classes and taking the steps necesary to become a private chef.
