Who is your culinary inspiration?Alton Brown was my first culinary inspiration. He provided me with food as entertainment and education at a young age. Food as something to get excited about and understand. He put good food within my reach at a time where every dish beyond a ham sandwich seemed extravagant.
What would you do with the $25,000?With $25,000 I would finish paying off my family’s debt and begin an account for my little girl. My new goal with any career I take moving forward is to provide my daughter with opportunities that I was not afforded as a youth. To put extravagant food on the table literally and figuratively. This money puts me a few steps ahead for her future.
