Who is your culinary inspiration?International cuisine from great global travels. My mom was Portuguese. My dad part Cherokee from Tennessee. My husband and I spent years traveling to Thailand, China, Europe, Romania, and more in our careers. In addition, I traveled to 15 countries, including Morocco, during our PeaceJourney.com youth travel programs from 2000 to 2020. Food inspiration has been everywhere, but I come back to my roots with this dish!
