Receive Text UpdatesI would say my signature dish would be my homemade spaghetti with homemade meatballs and sauce. That cooks for 6 hours low and slow with a combination of beef and spicy pork. It is definitely one of a kind.
Who is your culinary inspiration?I would say my culinary inspiration is Gordon Ramsay. I absolutely think he has so much knowledge of food. He truly possesses an immense amount of the overall culture of cooking.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would buy a food truck and travel around the valley and share my love for food with everyone.
