Who is your culinary inspiration?My grandmother is my culinary inspiration, she literally made me fall in love with food! I didn’t have much of an appetite when I was child but I always had room in my belly for her cooking.
What would you do with the $25,000?Oh wow winning would help create the capital I need to lease commercial kitchen, provide necessary equipment, provide finances for advertising/promotion and payroll. Laying the foundation for my own commercial kitchen in the future.
