Who is your culinary inspiration?“My biggest culinary inspiration is my mom. She passed away in 2021, but everything I cook carries a piece of her love, lessons, and spirit with it. She inspired my passion for soul food and taught me that food brings people together.”
What would you do with the $25,000?With $25,000, I would expand my catering business so I can create more opportunities, serve more people, and give back to my community. Cooking has always been bigger than food for me it’s about bringing people together, supporting others, and continuing the love and passion my mom inspired in me.
