Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration comes from the people who believed in me before I fully believed in myself. My father taught me the value of hard work, my brother showed me loyalty and resilience, and my wife Lydia and my son Milo remind me every day why I keep pushing. I’m also deeply grateful to Joe, Michelle, and Scotty for trusting me, guiding me, and giving me the opportunity to grow as a chef, a leader, and a person here in Maine.
What would you do with the $25,000?If I won $25,000, I would invest in my family, continue building my culinary dream in Maine, and create opportunities for the next generation of cooks. I want to mentor young chefs, share the values my father taught me—hard work, humility, and passion—and show my son Milo that dreams built with sacrifice can become reality. Food changed my life, and I want to use this opportunity to help change someone else’s.
