My Signature dish is Chicken Naan Bread . Its a soft flattened dough bread , filled with a flavourful Chicken filling, its baked until golden and topped off with a mixture of butter garlic and parsley
Who is your culinary inspiration?I come from a big family, where hosting huge gatherings and serving a variety of delicious meals was a norm while growing up by my mum, grandmother and aunts.I have inherited that hospitality since I was little and I infused it with my own love for cooking and creativity.
What would you do with the $25,000?I dream to get a certification from Le Corden bleu Paris, after that I’d open my own cozy cafe where I’ll serve my favourite meals with tea and cafe. I want to be known as one of the best cafes in the world,to be featured in food magazines and to travel the world.
