What would you do with the $25,000?Winning the Favorite Chef contest and the $25,000 would be a game-changer. I would use the funds to expand my mobile kitchen Mestizo by upgrading equipment and securing premium local ingredients to further refine my fusion menu. Beyond the business, I’d invest in new branding and marketing to elevate the restaurant’s presence at major regional festivals. Until I could open a brick and mortar Fine Dining restaurant.
