What is your signature dish?

Monkey Business - a gorgeous piece of fresh Monk fish, Veracruz style with a medley of fresh sautéed vegetables and a cilantro lime rice Or Nice Tail - U10 shrimp seasoned and grilled to perfection over a coconut rice topped with a sautéed garlic spinach and fresh pineapple jalapeño salsa, drizzled with Lime butter

Who is your culinary inspiration?

I have always loved Martha Stewart‘s style, I lean more towards refined, timeless elegance. but I’m also very inspired by chef Bobby Flay and chef Gordon Ramsay.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I’d build my dream restaurant on wheels. I bought an old school bus to convert to a party on wheels, creating a unique and unparalleled culinary experience while traveling to your favorite place, concert, tailgate, airport or just some themed sightseeing! This immersive group dining experience will allow guests to enjoy each other‘s company while interacting with a Chef to create a culinary feast.
