Who is your culinary inspiration?My Culinary inspiration started with my Grandma. I always spent time with her in the kitchen helping cook, we would watch food shows together and I would take some of their dishes and try to recreate them.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would invest it in myself, either use it for a food truck or for a full scale restaurant. I would also like to use some of it to move into a better apartment.
