What is your signature dish?

My signature dish currently is a crispy skin salmon mid rare, pasta fregola, grape tomato, spinach and a mixed Asian mushroom on top of red pepper coulis.

Who is your culinary inspiration?

My Culinary inspiration started with my Grandma. I always spent time with her in the kitchen helping cook, we would watch food shows together and I would take some of their dishes and try to recreate them.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest it in myself, either use it for a food truck or for a full scale restaurant. I would also like to use some of it to move into a better apartment.
