Honestly...I dont have one. Ive worked hard to not have one. I have always wanted my signature to be "good..solid..honest food" any time I've felt weak in a certain area, I've tried to immerse myself in that cuisine or ingredient. Only way to gain experience is to jump in the deep end!
Who is your culinary inspiration?Many...but to pick one? Emeril. Without a doubt. He made cooking fun. Cool. He paved the way for SO many in my opinion. Before him...as a young person...there wasn't much cooking on TV that seemed cool simply put lol. He had fun with it...ignored a recipe or 2 and made it HIS...on the spot. Hopefully one day I'll be as cool as Emeril (or Carla lol)
What would you do with the $25,000?Use it to fund my own venture of some kind. Or maybe...just maybe....a vacation! Lol honestly money comes...money goes. I clicked the link because it seemed like I should. I love the journey of life....and a surprise every now and then keeps things interesting!!
