My signature dish is either spaghetti or chicken wontons/dumplings. Two drastically different flavors that I’d hate to pick just one! I love making each and family members always request both.
Who is your culinary inspiration?The normal person who makes things work in the kitchen. I grew up with minimal access to what others had - food included. But, I learned to cook from a southern mother and a chef father. They both knew how to make food work for you - from crabbing in the Chesapeake Bay to homemade eclairs.
What would you do with the $25,000?I’d likely take a vacation with my husband and invest the rest back into our current (food/recipe focused) app as well as my own farm stand bakery.
