Receive Text UpdatesMy signature dish is creamy burrito casserole. I had to learn how to make it vegetarian for my husband. It was a big hit. When others would eat my casserole, I would not tell them it was vegetarian. They were enthusiastically surprised and then asked me for the recipe. I’m always humbled by the comments on my dishes.
Who is your culinary inspiration? My teachers at CIA were my inspiration. I went to a several Boot Camp classes and they lit a spark in me that has continued to this day. Sandy Sauter and Chef Damaris are my personal inspiration
What would you do with the $25,000?I love to show those that are afraid or intimidated, to start cooking. I started compiling recipes and techniques. I would use that money to continue in this endeavor and reach out to those that need assistance in cooking. Making people feel comfortable cooking and not afraid of it. You’d be amazed how many people are afraid to start cooking.
