I have a lot of Signature Dishes because each one is inspired by something or someone beautiful or someone who just needs a little extra love, a sprinkle at a time. All of my dishes are Inspired from an emotion that I feel from engaging with others. So, I guess my Signature Meals all have the Signature of whomever I am cooking for! Smiling

My Mother and all of the Women in my family for generations. They always made and had something for everyone to eat that was simply delicious and made with a lot of love and sometimes labor! smiling...but they never complained. They are the kind who would ask, "Hey baby. Are you hungry?" No thank you. I just ate not too long ago. "Ok, well, here is just a little something for you that I made" An entire plate full of Homemade delicousness on a tray would be handed to u!

Open up my own restaurant & serve the communities & 1 weekday underserved community for free and with class! I would take my restaurant/show mobile twice a year to other communities across the states and support local farmers. God Bless America and the hardworking Citizens who help make Everything Delicious! I would also Donate to James Beard Foundation and help feed the world and tell stories from around the world with my NFP World Changers Media International Foundation.
