I make a mean Indian taco, and with huckleberries being a prized local fruit, my huckleberry crumble bars disappear quickly every year!
Who is your culinary inspiration?I have loved watching some of the big names on food network cook and they have all given me inspiration in their exploration of flavors and cooking techniques. I especially love Alex Guarnaschelli and Alton Brown.
What would you do with the $25,000?I currently have a bakery business I do as a hobby at farmers markets. I would love to open a food truck! I don’t think I could bake and not cook and vice versa, and our little part of rural Idaho always needs a good place to eat.
