Who is your culinary inspiration?Julia Child is my inspiration. She introduced classic French cuisine to people in the U.S. and the method of preparation. She was serious about food but also had a good sense of humor. Although she was not s trained chef in the beginning, she realized that culinary arts is a lifelong pursuit. When she later teamed up with Jacques Pepin, it was not only informative, but very entertaining. I have often showed my students his videos, particularly the one on how to prepare a French omelette
What would you do with the $25,000?I would start a personal chef business.
