Who is your culinary inspiration?Grandma for sure. She showed the way of comfort and simplicity and Anthony Bourdain. Bourdain although I didn’t know him personally, guided my culinary career to show me the absolute beauty in food. Whether it’s a dive bar cheeseburger or the French laundry, he expressed to me that at the end of day good food is good food
