Receive Text UpdatesMushroom carbonara. Carbonara is my all time favourite pasta dish, but I am obsessed with mushrooms. From eating them, to going foraging for them. I really love cooking with things I can forage myself. So using mushrooms as a "cured meat component," in a carbonara, hits home for me. And of course it's delicious!
Who is your culinary inspiration?I've always been a huge fan of Anthony Bourdain. I respect and love his passion for food and culture together. I believe food is a love language and a way for people to connect. I want to represent myself in dishes and make it an experience for people beyond just eating. Everyone needs to eat and it can bring us all together!
What would you do with the $25,000?I could expand my business and focus more on my passion for creating wonderful experiences for people. Starting from the scratch as a private chef is quite difficult. There's alot of ups and downs of growing a business, which come with having to work multiple jobs to support it. Being able to commit fully to my business and help it grow, so I can share my love for cooking with everyone, would be a dream come true.
