Who is your culinary inspiration?My inspiration comes from FAMILY back Home Port Barre Louisiana how we cook outside on the black pots , how we got together and just cooked food. Grandma rest her soul, just watch her in the kitchen singing her song cooking for everyone and if she wasnt doing it , my Auntie be in the kitchen throwing down so I learned from each in everyone of peers cooking inside an outside the house.
What would you do with the $25,000?What I would do with the 25,000 is purchase a food truck and location so it can grow to a thriving Family business to where people can come and enjoy.
