Who is your culinary inspiration?My wife. I’ve always cooked, but we discovered a deeper love of cooking together and she always pushes me to explore more culinary avenues. Both eating out and in the kitchen. She’s an incredible baker and cook-loves following a recipe. But she says I’m great with looking at what we have in the cupboards and improvising dinner. We would be great in a competition together, but she says that avenue is really for me.
What would you do with the $25,000?Travel. Possibly in our food truck. We would really like to see the United States and have dreams of going from festival to festival in a food truck and seeing this beautiful country of ours and it’s national parks.
