What is your signature dish?

Shrimp and Lobster Pasts. Well seasoned seafood with garlic, old bay and black pepper. Combined in a creamy Cajun sauce with Parmesan cheese and Al Dente noodles. Garnished with charded lemon and fresh herbs

Who is your culinary inspiration?

Chef Michael Voltaggio. I admire the way he takes risk when adding bold and new flavors to his dishes.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would use the $25,000 to jump start my business. I want to have multiple smokers and bring bold Smokey flavors and food to Baltimore, Maryland just like they have in the south.
