Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration is Marco Pierre White. His approach to food, its integrity, and how the ability to create a connection through the simple foods around us are more valuable than over priced luxury ingredients and restaurant status. Along those same lines I would say Chef Brian Baxter has been a huge culinary inspiration and culinary educator for me.
What would you do with the $25,000?The $25,000 prize would be used to help fund the development of my culinary career. More specifically it will be used to stage at the restaurants have the largest influence on my culinary aspirations along with the funding pop ups. The pop ups will be the foundation and starting point for my goals of being a restaurant owner and executive chef.
