Receive Text UpdatesMy signature dish is a pan-seared Chilean sea bass served over a silky sweet pea purée, paired with roasted garlic whipped potatoes and grilled asparagus. The dish is finished with a citrus beurre blanc, microgreens, and crispy shallots for texture and balance.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration comes from a mix of family, culture, and chefs who turned passion into purpose. Growing up around food taught me how meals bring people together, and that inspired me to create experiences, not just dishes. I’m also inspired by chefs who built businesses from the ground up and used food to impact communities. Their creativity, discipline, and ability to connect with people motivates me daily.
What would you do with the $25,000?With the $25,000, I would invest directly into growing my culinary business and expanding my brand. I would use the funds for equipment, staffing, marketing, and building more opportunities for catering, private dining, and community events. It would also help me continue creating high-quality experiences while opening doors for future projects like cooking classes, pop-ups, and eventually my own restaurant concept.
