Who is your culinary inspiration?My mother, she always exposed us to a variety of foods, and when we would fall in love with a new dish, she would somehow just from tasting it, be able to duplicate it at home. I have always aspired to recreate anything that taste great and then put my own spin on it.
What would you do with the $25,000?I’d buy a food truck, so I can showcase my food on demand…Gone are the days of loading the car with warmers trying to deliver.
