don’t have just one signature dish because I’m a versatile chef who loves exploring different flavors, techniques, and styles of cooking. I enjoy stepping outside the box and challenging myself in the kitchen, and no matter what I create, I make sure it comes out with quality and flavor
Who is your culinary inspiration?My grandma and my best friend, Nicamrean, are the biggest reasons behind my dream. I spent so much time in the kitchen with my grandma, watching her cook, helping whenever I could, and learning that food was more than just something to eat it was comfort, and a way to bring people together. Those moments shaped the passion I have today. My best friend, Nicamrean, and I shared the dream of owning a food truck together since 8th grade Recently, he passed away, now that dream means even more to me
What would you do with the $25,000?Once my debt was handled, I would use the remaining money to begin building my dream of owning a food truck. This has been a goal of mine for years, inspired by the dream my best friend and I shared of one day running a food truck together. I would start by researching the type of truck I need, purchasing essential kitchen equipment, and covering important startup costs such as licenses, permits, branding, and ingredients for my menu.
