Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration comes from my mom, along with chefs like Ree Drummond, Ina Garten, Damaris Phillips, and Giada De Laurentiis. They inspire my love for comforting homemade meals, bold flavors, creativity, and bringing people together through food.
What would you do with the $25,000?With a $25,000 investment, my first step is launching my food truck and building it from the ground up. I have a strong support system in Tallahassee, while currently based in Gainesville, Florida, and I plan to travel with my food truck so I can share my food with different communities beyond just my area. Alongside growing my business, I also want to start building my cooking essentials and equipment collection, including cookware, silverware, and pot sets. Cooking has been a long-time dream.
