Receive Text UpdatesMy signature dish I would have to say (if family and friends were voting) would be my chicken Alfredo, or my chicken parm. I have so many it is hard to name just one. One of my favorite things to do is see what I have in my cupboards and fridge and make a day out of cooking bunch of different dishes, while playing good tunes and thanking Creator for the gift of joy through food!
Who is your culinary inspiration?I would have to name my grandma Annie as my culinary role model growing up. And since becoming an adult, all my inspiration and skills is given to me by my Higher Power.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would start off with a traveling good truck, keep a small farm to table approach to my menu. And donate part of the proceeds to a local charity to pay Universe forward for my blessing. I would also give discounts to any patron who came with a sobriety date chip, to celebrate new beginnings.
