I would have to say my signature dish is anything soul food. Growing up my family always had Sunday family day and we would sit around the table and enjoy good soul food and conversation. One dish that has never failed me is fried chicken, Mac and cheese, and greens.
Who is your culinary inspiration?Almost since GORDON RAMSEY, i would have to say my mother. She is a true inspiration because she puts all her love and soul into her cooking.
What would you do with the $25,000?I am currently a new small business owner of a food truck and would use the money to make this business a success. I quit my career as a traveling chef on boats to start building my brand and this money will help me get all the important things needed to be successful.
