Receive Text UpdatesMy favorite dish to make is a blend of my French heritage and my South Alabama roots. I love cooking hearty, comforting meals, but the dish people ask for most is my shrimp and fish spread with red beans and rice or gumbo on the side. I can cook anything, but those Southern coastal flavors mixed with classic French technique feel the most like home to me.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My biggest culinary inspiration is my family. I learned Southern comfort dishes from home and French technique from my heritage, and bringing those two worlds together is what made me fall in love with cooking. Every dish I make carries a piece of both.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the $25,000 to establish stability and support my transition into the next phase of my life. It would give me the ability to move forward with purpose, focus, and the resources to keep growing.
