Who is your culinary inspiration?My greatest culinary inspiration isn't a celebrity chef, it's every hardworking cook, mentor, and team member I've worked beside over the last twenty years. They taught me discipline, humility, and how food brings people together. That's the kind of chef I've always tried to be.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would invest the money into Iron + Oven, my meal-prep company focused on helping busy people eat well and live healthier lives. The funds would help secure kitchen space, equipment, packaging, insurance, and operational support so I can serve more customers throughout Milwaukee.
