Who is your culinary inspiration?Growing up Gordon Ramsay was my inspiration, I watched many of his videos and TV series. I’m also inspired by the chefs I’ve worked with and who have mentored me.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use it to help pay for a trip to the UK to work at Gordon Ramsay’s new restaurant and invest the rest of money in my culinary career.
