Who is your culinary inspiration?I was trained by an Executive Chef named Daniel Scinto. His creativity, and passion for every aspect of his menu had the greatest impact on my career and it’s what truly inspired me to be a chef.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would build an outdoor open table kitchen, where I would offer cooking classes for students and adults that would like to enhance their cooking skills.
