I apply that same 'Ramsay-level' discipline to my Mexican dishes—ensuring that every chili is perfectly toasted and every sear is flawless. Like him, I believe that if you aren't cooking with passion and a drive for excellence, you shouldn't be in the kitchen

I would use the $25,000 to scale my business and solidify my brand. A portion would go toward marketing and high-quality branding to make sure my healthy, spicy Mexican concepts stand out in a crowded market. I’d also look into securing a more permanent footprint perhaps a dedicated pop-up space or a second mobile unit allowing me to share my passion for fresh, vibrant food with new communities!
