Expect an explosion of authentic Mexican flavor. This dish focuses on the harmony between searing heat and cooling textures. Whether it’s the rich creaminess of avocado or the crunch of pickled onions, every element is designed to complement the spicy, hand-crafted heart of the meal. It isn’t just a dish; it’s a celebration of spice!

Who is your culinary inspiration?

My culinary inspiration is Gordon Ramsay because of his unwavering commitment to technical perfection and his respect for the raw ingredient. I admire how he takes simple, classic concepts and elevates them through precise execution. I apply that same 'Ramsay-level' discipline to my Mexican dishes—ensuring that every chili is perfectly toasted and every sear is flawless. Like him, I believe that if you aren't cooking with passion and a drive for excellence, you shouldn't be in the kitchen

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would use the $25,000 to scale my business and solidify my brand. A portion would go toward marketing and high-quality branding to make sure my healthy, spicy Mexican concepts stand out in a crowded market. I’d also look into securing a more permanent footprint perhaps a dedicated pop-up space or a second mobile unit allowing me to share my passion for fresh, vibrant food with new communities!
