My favorite is the seafood pasta I make. Inspired by my late husband years ago. I have my own twist to it so it makes it a little different but perfect in a way, lol.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My grandmother's and my mother. I've always had a thing to be in the kitchen with them while cooking. Just watching the techniques they had and different ingredients I've never seen or knew about until I got a bit older. Now I'm more aware of those flavors and textures and techniques That's been guiding me and helping me create and explore all flavors.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would love to be able to share my food creations to the world and be able to have my own food truck one day.
