What is your signature dish?

A good sweet potato carrot cumin puree with seabass and seasonal vegetables always makes the difference. Sweetness, sour, and savory comes a long way

Who is your culinary inspiration?

Growing up I always aspire to be like Anthony Bourdain. So free, full of energy, helping people reach their potential but more than anything explore different cuisines.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would expand my private chef dinners and have the means to open a small cafe that offers food from scratch only from local farmers and butchers from Kansas City. Staying local and we win local. Small Kansas City into a restaurant
