Anything bbq or Tex mex. I'm most known for my specialty pop up Tex Mex menus, desserts, sausages and brisket. Omg I also love baking and pastry. I don't know if I have a signature but I can cook my ass off, adapt to anything.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My wife and kids. The people on the streets in Oaxaca cooking and sharing their food with everyone year after year. SALSA DADDY ( Rick Martinez) I grab inspiration from the people around me who cook and share what they like to eat with me. What would you do with the $25,000?Give my sister a big ass bonus. And use part of it to help pay for a new food truck, bigger and more efficient, I'm sure my wife has better plans on how it can help us in the future though.
