Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration has always and will always be my mom. She remains humble, but is one of the best cooks in the world. In my opinion her flavors shine; even through everything she tries to cook always somehow comes out tasting Italian. She taught me the base for everything that I know. I grew up watching Lidia Bastianich, Marianne, Esposito, and Jaques Pepin on the WHYY channel. I credit her for everything that I have become today. My ancestors are with me with every dish that I make.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the $25,000 to start a culinary business, possibly a food truck or a meal prep business because I am finally at the point of my life where I feel confident enough to not only run a business but share my food with the world and use all of the experience I have at this point to create a successful business that will benefit me and my family for years to come .
