Nailing down a “signature” dish is always difficult - but I frequently return to classic French dishes revolving around fish, local vegetables, and a rich buerre blanc. I like to say my favorite dish is always the one I haven’t tried to make yet.
Who is your culinary inspiration?Anthony Bourdain was the one who ignited my passion for culinary arts at a young age. Since then, I’ve looked to Eric Ripert, Jose Andres, and Daniel Boulud. I have a serious appreciation for the innovation and creativity of Ferran Adria & Grant Achatz, and a deep love for Alton Brown and his scientific, meticulous approach to cooking.
