Who is your culinary inspiration?My mommy and grandma
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the $25,000 as a seed to build my future. First, I would invest in one restaurant location and focus on making it successful before expanding. I would use my culinary skills to create opportunities, build my brand, and share my passion for food with others. I would also help my family and give back to Haiti, supporting people and communities in need. My long-term dream is to have my own cooking show featuring different seasons, holidays, and cultural traditions.
