Who is your culinary inspiration?My family (grandmother, aunts and dad) has always been my biggest culinary inspiration. Sunday dinners and holidays were met with a full spread that covered the dining table.
What would you do with the $25,000?The funds will be used to develop and publish a signature cookbook that highlights my culinary style, original recipes, and passion for elevated comfort food. In addition, a portion of the funds will be allocated toward scaling production and distribution of my signature bread pudding product for placement in retail stores.
