My signature dish is Pan-Seared Salmon with Lemon Dill Butter White Wine Sauce, served alongside my Mango & Arugula Salad. The rich, buttery salmon paired with the bright sweetness of mango and peppery arugula creates a beautiful balance of flavor, color, and texture. It's a dish that embodies the elegance and intentionality behind every Opulent Xperience event.

Who is your culinary inspiration?

My culinary inspiration comes from both the chefs who have paved the way and the people I've served throughout my journey. I admire Chef Carla Hall's authenticity and passion, but I'm equally inspired by the joy I see when guests experience a beautifully curated meal. That inspiration is what drives me to create memorable dining experiences through Opulent Xperience, where food, hospitality, and connection come together.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If I win the $25,000, I plan to invest it into expanding Opulent Xperience, my luxury dining and catering company. My goal is to create more curated culinary events, strengthen my brand presence, and acquire resources that allow me to serve at an even higher level. As a woman-owned small business, this opportunity would not only help me grow professionally, but also allow me to continue building a lasting legacy for my daughters and inspiring others to pursue their dreams through hard work, fait
