I've been cooking for a long time, and make many different types of food, but I'm leaning heavy into my new found love for Neapolitan pizza and all that it entails. But if I had to pick something that isn't pizza, I'd go with my smoked chicken and sausage gumbo.
Who is your culinary inspiration?Culinary inspirations are mostly TV chefs from over the years. Early inspiration comes from Alton Brown and Bobby Flay. I learned how to cut an onion from Racheal Ray, lol. Now it's youtubers like Kenji and Matty Matheson, but I can remember watching Yan Can Cook and Justin Wilson. I've always loved watching cooking shows and would love to have my own (successful one) one day. Oh, and I definitely have to mention Chef John Folse. As a Cajun myself, he's my go to source for good Cajun recipes.
What would you do with the $25,000?I'd sink the $25,000 into my dream of having a pizza truck/trailer. $25,000 would go a long way toward getting a great looking and functional food truck.
