Receive Text UpdatesHakka Chinese food and smoked meats. Hakka food has been my all time favourite to cook and eat as i love playing with Wok. Because they say hakka food brings in different flavours together call it Umami. After working for 2 restaurants dealing with smoker. I developed love for working with Smoker and that is what i am looking to expand at. Blend flavours of 2 different cultures
Who is your culinary inspiration?Chef Vikas Khanna and Ranveer brar not because they are great cook but because of their journey. Both went to US started own business failed, went bankrupt. Restarted journey and became one of the finest chefs from India.
What would you do with the $25,000?Bring in a new equient, that will change the style of Indian cooking, combining two different cultures to bring out one unique flavour. Spend some on marketing . With rest i will utilise some for personal reason so i can bring my parents to Canada so that they can see their Son’s restaurant and be with me.
