Who is your culinary inspiration?I’ve watched TV chefs since I was very young. Standing at the stove, cooking and pretending to be the host of a cooking shows. Emerill lagasse, Barfoot Contessa, Rachel Ray. I now enjoy watching Guy Fiere, Bobby Flay and I absolutely adore Alex Guarnaschelli.
